At Roselea Football Club, we believe that a positive football experience at the right moments can shape a player’s connection to the game for life.​

For our youngest players (U6–U7)
Starting football should be fun, exciting and something kids can’t wait to be part of. That’s why every U6–U7 player receives a Roselea FC Welcome Pack so from day one they feel proud, included and ready to play.
It’s more than just gear. It’s about helping our youngest players feel like they belong, build confidence, make friends and fall in love with football in a positive, supportive club environment.

For our youth players (U12–U14)
We recognise this is a critical age group, where many players drift away from sport due to increasing costs, competing interests and external pressures. In response, Roselea FC is offering a massive 33% fee reduction for U12–U14 players in 2026. This incentive reflects a clear commitment to retention, supporting families, keeping players engaged, and encouraging young people to continue their football journey during these important developmental years.
