Injuries & Accidents

What to do if you get injured at a game or training

All registered members are covered by the Football NSW Insurance Program for injuries sustained during sanctioned matches and training. This policy provides limited reimbursement for non-Medicare medical expenses (such as physiotherapy, dental, and ambulance) and a weekly loss-of-income benefit for those unable to work; however, it cannot cover costs that attract a Medicare rebate (e.g., GP or surgeon fees). We strongly recommend maintaining private health insurance for comprehensive protection. To view full policy details, check coverage limits, or lodge an online claim.

First Aid

AED, or automated external defibrillator, is used to help those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.

Our AEDs are located at our Harold West and Roselea Club Houses are supplied by Medirent.

Please note that while they are in a glass cabinet that has a lock, they are always left unlocked.

If you would like to receive a demonstration on their usage, please contact the club and we will arrange a training session.

We've also included two useful links for you in using the devices.
