Volunteers
Our Volunteers play an important role in our club's success and without the support of our volunteers who fill many critical roles, including coaches, officials, managers, administrators, board and committee members, Roselea Football Club would not exist today.
We need your help to fulfil the below roles.
Following our recent Annual Meeting we are please to welcome the 2024 RFC Board and those that have already volunteered for a role on the club's General Committee. We do still need some additional volunteer help. Can you give the club any effort and time to assist as part of the following roles.
Director, Player and Coach Development
Governs & manages a range of programs, activities and support for the ongoing football development of RFC players & RFC team coaches. This role can be involved technically (i.e., lead coach role) or could be a manager, communicator of contracted and out-sourced programs.
This role will be a part of the Club’s Board of Directors.
Age Coordinators (Multiple Age Groups)
Provides team managers with communication, liaison, and coordination related to a specific age group. They are the link between the Club Management (Board) and team managers in the specific age group they are coordinating.
Director, Club Development
Oversees the governance and manages special projects of the Club as agreed by the Board of Directors for the overall improvement and development of the club. This role will be a part of the Club’s Board of Directors.
Club Sponsorship Manager
Coordinating and development relationships with new sponsorship and managing existing relationships.
