Roselea FC Development Programs Expression of Interest
Roselea FC places a high emphasis on player development. Our aim is to increase the football skills, abilities, and confidence of our MiniRoos and Junior players, leading to a greater level of enjoyment and fulfilment from the game of football.
Kano Development Program
For our MiniRoo Players (girls and boys U6 - U11), we partner with Kano Football. Kano is an Australian football (soccer) organisation focussing on developing the non-elite community level of our game. Kano is dedicated to increasing the standards of grassroots (non-elite) football.

Sessions will be conducted on Friday nights at Harold West Oval in Term 3.
Advanced Player Development Program
Our APD Program is a 6-session player development program designed for Roselea FC players (12 -18 yrs) who demonstrate the ability, commitment, and aspiration to compete well at Division 1 club-level competition. The APD program engages a high-level professional coach to lead our players in stretching and extending themselves to higher skill levels in tactical and technical football.

The 2023 APD Program will be led by head-coach Lea Zulo. Lea is a professional coach who holds a FA C License and is currently actively working towards an AFC Futsal License. She is professionally employed as Head Coach for Sydney Rangers FC in the men’s competition in Football Canterbury. Lea has played up to WNPL level and still plays in our local Women’s Premier League for Putney Rangers, where she is also Asst Director, Women’s Football. Lea will lead all our APD players through an exciting, challenging and rewarding APD program.

Sessions will be conducted on Monday nights at either Harold West or Roselea Oval. Selection sessions may be used if there are greater nominations then can be accommodated in the program.
