Super League's season is well underway - where we have, like other teams, had their fair share of events occur. After a strong start with some great performances, we have been provided our fair share of injuries, sicknesses and absences - which has in turn affected fitness and recent form. However, we are excited to see many returning players coming back to fitness - that we look set to attack the second half of the season with our goals in tack - where we are looking for a top four finish for both reserve AND first grade. This is a real testament to the whole squad - pushing each other for results.

The Roselea squad is a dynamic mix of youth and experience. Players with an eye for goal, some defensive experts, mixed with pace and creativity - providing a real mix capable of some really exciting football. We combine the experienced players with youth - with many players having progressed from our under 21s teams - giving players throughout the club that you too can have what it takes to join us as we continue to grow and make our impression at this level.

Following a loss last week and having players away due to reasons stated above and suspensions, we have a real opportunity to pull on the shiny new Roselea kit, complete with pink socks to show our support for breast cancer with a difficult, yet winnable fixture against Thornleigh Thunder at Oakleigh Oval, 1pm reserve grade kick off and 3pm kick off.

We will really need the momentum of a win behind us, as after that we have a really difficult task against league leaders Gladesville Ravens on Saturday 2nd July - at Harold West. Our reserves will be kicking off at 1pm, with first grade set to kick off at 3pm - and we call the entire club to come and support us on the sidelines to help get us through this difficult challenge. This is a great opportunity for other teams, bot all age and youth - to come and see the highest level of football you have at Roselea - and a great insight to challenge yourself to trial with us in the future - as we are always looking to grow.

Currently Reserve grade is sitting joint 4th with just a couple more results required to make finals, whereas first grade is currently 6th - with a few wins required to get us over the line into the finals. The tables are finely balanced - but your support is much appreciated - please come and help us get over the line!

Come on Roselea!
