Player Grading and Team Formation Day


Sunday 13th February is our second Team Formation and Player Grading Day for the following age groups: 

  • Girls U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13/ 14 and U17/18 

  • Mixed U6 and U7

All Grading Sessions will be on Carlingford Ovals (Roselea Way - off Nth Rocks Rd, North Rocks)

NOTE: Parking will be more restricted then usual due to ground works and space required for Team Formation activities. Please consider parking in either Karril Ave or North Rocks Rd and walking into the ground. 

Team Formation and Grading sessions are essential for all ages & grade levels to enable the club to properly form our 2022 teams with appropriate levels of experience and ability; recognition of “play with friends” requests where possible and nomination to appropriate levels of competition.   Click here for more details about the club's process for Team Formation and Player Grading 

Players in U21, All Age & Over Age will receive advice from club officials - relevant to age groups and teams.

ALL registered players (u6 - u18, Mixed and Girls) should attend Team Formation & Player Grading sessions as scheduled on either 6 or 13 February (or advise the club in advance if there is a compelling reason for absence). Please email to indicate a reason if your child needs to be absent. 



  • All players should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of Grading Activities for their nominated age group. 

  • Players MUST sign-in on the day as soon as they arrive & receive their numbered player bib  

  • Players will be marshalled by age group after registering but must NOT go on to the fields until directed to do so. 

  • Parents must NOT go on the fields at anytime and MUST remain behind the ropes at all times. 

What to Bring 

  • Normal training clothing 

  • Running shoes ONLY (NO BOOTS) 

  • Shin pads required 

  • Hat & water bottle (with name on it) 

What Else is Happening


  • The Club Shop will be open for 

    • Collection of on-line pre-orders.  

    • Go to to order and pay 

    • Sizing & ordering of shorts & socks 

    • Sale of club gear – caps, jackets, hoodies etc. 

  • A full canteen & BBQ will be operating 

  • At the start of the grading session for each age group a “Parents Meeting” will be held in the designated area. (A brief, but very important information briefing for parents.)  

  • Boot Swap will be on at Grading Day.  Feel free to donate any clean, used kids boots and / or to take any pairs that you can use.
